Q1:How to check the networking status of the Gateway?
A1: Click on the button at the side of the "Gateway", and it will display current connection status of the “Gateway”. When button is pressed, if green LED blinks twice, gateway is connected. Otherwise if red LED blinks twice, gateway is disconnected. If yellow LED blinks non-stop, gateway is already disconnected and trying to reconnect.

Q2:Gateway cannot be connected to WIFI networking.
A2: Check whether the following conditions are met:
1) Make sure your cell phone is connected to your wireless router, and 2G, 3G, 4G networks are off.
2) Make sure you enter the correct wireless router password.
4) Make sure your router supports IEEE802.11b/g/n standard, and authentication mode is WEP, WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK.
5) The number of devices which can connected to a wireless router is limited. Please make sure it does not reach the upper limit of the access to the wireless router. You can turn off some unused wireless devices, and then reconfigure.
6) Check the distance between the“Gateway”and the router; configure in a place with strongWIFI signal.

Q3:After wireless router replacement or change of the wireless router password, the Gateway cannot be connected to the internet, what can I do?
A3:Enter“My Account -》“Gateway”, delete previous boxes, and reconfigure“Gateway”.

Q4: Can I control home electric appliances through Gateway when I am outside of my home?
A4: Yes, as long as your wireless router connects to the Internet, you can control your home electric appliances and receive alarm messages through Gateway when you are outside of your home. You can only operate your device, and receive alarm messages, but you cannot add devices, or modify device settings.
