Q1:How to check the networking status of the i-tiger Box?

A1: Click on the button at the side of the "i-tiger Box", and it will display current connection status of the “i-tiger Box”. When button is pressed, if green LED blinks twice, gateway is connected. Otherwise if red LED blinks twice, gateway is disconnected. If yellow LED blinks non-stop, gateway is already disconnected and trying to reconnect.

Q2:i-tiger Box cannot be connected to WIFI networking.

A2: Check whether the following conditions are met:

1) Make sure your cell phone is already connected to your wireless router, and 2G, 3G, 4G network are closed.

2) Make sure you enter the correct wireless router password.

4) Make sure your router supports IEEE802.11b / g / n standard, and authentication mode is WEP, WPA-PSK or WPA2-PSK.

5) The number of devices which can access a wireless router is limited, and make sure it does not reach the upper limit of the access to the wireless router. You can turn off some unused wireless devices, and then reconfigure.

6) Check the distance between the “i-tiger Box” and the router, and configure in the place with strongWIFI signal.

Q3:After wireless router replacement or change of the wireless router password, the i-tiger Box cannot be connected to the internet, what can I do?

A3:Enter “My Account” -“i-tiger Box”, delete previous boxes, and reconfigure “i-tiger Box”.

Q4: Can I control home electric appliances through i-tiger Box when I am outside?

A4: Yes, as long as your wireless router connects to the Internet, or you have inserted 3G network card into the "i-tiger Box", and there is enough money within the card, then you can control your home electric appliances and receive alarm messages through i-tiger Box when you are outside. You can only operate your device, and receive alarm messages, while you cannot add devices, or modify device settings etc.

Q5:Can I control the TV in the living room and the air-conditioner in the bedroom through i-tiger Box?

A5:i-tiger Box uses infrared signals to control electrical devices. You can use a i-tiger Box to control the TV, DVD, air-conditioner, stereo etc in the living room at the same time. However, as the infrared signals cannot go through the wall, you cannot use one i-tiger Box to control infrared electric appliances in two rooms, but you can use two i-tiger Boxes to control the infrared electric appliances in the living room and the ones in the bedroom. Z Wave devices in different rooms, supported by i-tiger Box,can be controlled by one i-tiger Box.
